He/she represents the voice of the customer inside Exide, and is responsible for assuring customer satisfaction, support solving problem activities and ensure timely answers in order to solve claims and customer problems. Assure compliance with customer requirements according to Exide ́s policies and follow-up customer audits. Participate and monitor in new projects and product and process homologations and re-qualifications. Monitoring and updating KPI ́s related to the customer (PPM, warranties, non-conformities, claims status etc.). 6 sigma etc.). Knowledge and interpretation of international quality standards – mainly ISO 9001 and ISO TS 16949 Understanding and application of quality tools (SPC, 8D and FMEA) Understanding customer requirements and focus on their satisfaction.
