As a director demand generation, youll manage and develop a team of marketers. Youll work closely with sales, product and field marketing teams. Your profile You have 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 3 years in a B2B SaaS company. You have a proven impact in building demand and generating a high quality sales pipeline through a variety of digital channels. You are an expert in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and other paid media and know how to optimise caigns across these channels. You have a proven track record of managing a team of 5 10 people, nurturing talent, and building high performing teams. Youre a strong leader, capable of proactively managing both upwards and downwards. You have experience working cross functionally with sales, product, and other stakeholders to align goals and initiatives. You possess strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance. Youre familiar with marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Qlik, or similar tools. You have experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences. You are fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
