Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world Responsibilities: Developing product ideas and laboratory samples, testing and supervising the scale-up process through to series production (mainly for liquid lubricants) Creating and compiling the necessary documents (e.g. formulations, safety data sheets, certificates, product specifications, test plans, etc.) Carrying out experiments to develop basic knowledge Analysing and processing customer samples, developing proposals for the selection of raw materials and possible alternatives Final testing of finished products Evaluation of additional analyses such as FTIR (Fourier transform infrared spectrometer), viscometry and XRF (X-ray fluorescence analysis) Presentation of work results Supporting the relevant departments with product changes and complaints. Establishing and intensifying customer contacts for product development projects Customer visits to accompany trials of newly developed products Qualifications: Successfully completed degree in chemistry Ability to work independently, conscientiously and reliably as well as a quick grasp and very good analytical thinking skills Good IT skills for the preparation and documentation of results (MS Office).
