At our location in Eppelheim we are looking for you (m/f/x) as: PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST PACKAGING MATERIALS YOUR TASKS Manage the procurement of packaging items, including foils, cardboards, straws, tertiary packaging, and others, ensuring timely delivery and quality Implement purchase requisitions from internal departments, optimizing price-quantity scales to achieve cost efficiency Determine material requirements, create and maintain contracts in SAP Allocate volumes per supplier based on budget and implement purchase agreements Coordinate supplier forecasts with planning teams based on Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) requirements, including both annual and rolling monthly forecasts Conduct regular review meetings with suppliers to ensure contract fulfillment and address any issues Supplier performance management and development to enhance supply chain resilience and supplier relationships Provide ongoing reporting on contract fulfillment, ensuring achievement of target quantities and optimization of reimbursement scales Create and regularly update supplier evaluations and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as volume analysis Maintain continuous internal management with departments such as R&D, Quality, Supply Chain Management (planning/dispatching), production, logistics, finance, marketing, and sales Process credit notes and invoices within the workflow, ensuring accuracy and timely completion Provide forecasts on material pricing as per Finance requirements Support continuous improvement processes aimed at optimizing packaging specifications and related processes Assist in strategy development, budget preparation, and the preparation for negotiations Drive sustainability initiatives in packaging procurement, aligning with company-wide environmental goals YOUR PROFILE Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus Strong experience in procurement, particularly in packaging materials Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Broad variety of tasks and freedom to act Plenty of opportunities to challenge and drive things forward Enjoying taking time off together with motivated and professional colleagues The chance to shape a loved brand that makes people smile all around the world An established and growing company with a strong reputation A fair compensation and many cool benefits
