Ihre Aufgaben
- Support Global Head Ecosystem Launch Office to drive and steer the launch process across all phases from definition of product / service / solution to successful commercial launches in the sales regions
- Support planning as well as milestones and deliverables tracking
- Manage tasks and issues, ensure all launch activities are on track
- Manage congruence of work streams within each other and with the overall launch strategy and goals
- Support managing dependencies and escalations
- Assist launch team initiation and facilitate and coordinate collaboration between cross-functional teams globally and in sales regions to accomplish launch objectives
- Propagate a strong understanding of the business needs and customer benefits underlying the launches
- Ensure proper reporting to executive management and documentation
- Prepare Launch Committee meetings and other launch related governance bodies
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align launch objectives meet business goals
- Support communication & change measures
- Support resource and budget management and administration
- Setup and manage appropriate advanced tools and collaboration spaces (e.g. Kanban, interaction tools)
- Develop and implement launch management standards and best practices
- Ensure compliance with OLY launch management standards and policies
- Provide ongoing leadership support to ESE and Ecosystem leadership as requested.
- Effectively influence the team with written and verbal communication
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business. Master’s degree in life sciences or business preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years professional experience, ideally in MedTech
- Experience in launch management, project management and transformation initiatives
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional workstreams in international environment
- Proficiency in project / launch management methodologies and tools incl. agile approaches
- Capability of generating clear and concise reports for senior management
- Ability to keep overview on multiple intiatives, workstreams or cross-functional teams simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high level of business acumen
- Solid knowledge of MedTech market incl. device regulation and commercial activities
- Position requires approx. 20% domestic and international travel
- Excellent verbal and written communication, incl. fluent English language skills
