The Bioprocess Account Manager (d/f/m) is pivotal in driving customer success in alignment with Cytiva''s strategy. You will own and manage the overall customer relationship across your accounts, serving as the primary contact between the company and its customers. Your role involves growing the business by understanding the market, being familiar with customer needs, and having in depth knowledge of our product portfolio.
This position is a temporary role due to parental leave, lasting until April 2026. The role reports to the Bioprocess Territory Manager for Central South and is part of the Bioprocess Sales DACH team. It offers the flexibility of being fully remote.
What you will do:
1. Understand and map the structure of customer contacts within selected accounts, forming strong business relationships by regular customer field visits to understand the customer''s business issues and challenges. Actively position Cytiva as a trusted partner with respect to the companys vision
2. Take personal responsibility of your budget by driving Cytiva''s commercial positioning. Focus on actively finding and developing new business opportunities to accelerate growth
3. Engage sales specialists in both the design and execution of account business plans and to undertake a key role in driving effective local team work within a complex matrix sales environment
