III. Key Responsibilities No. Responsibility Description 1 Organize and conduct market insight and customer needs research for the smart cutting business. Understand industry trends and opportunities, translate company strategy into product roadmaps and business design. 2 Ensure competitiveness of product lines through effective project initiation and development management. Ensure market and financial success of products. 3 Integrate R&D platforms across locations (Taizhou, Xi'an, Germany) to ensure efficient resource coordination and improve R&D efficiency. 4 Organize the establishment and continuous improvement of R&D department systems, workflows, and budgeting plans. 5 Establish and standardize design processes, drawing management, technical procedures, and technical standards. 6 Responsible for structuring the R&D organization, setting roles, and fostering and reserving R&D talent. 7 Foster an innovative organizational culture and atmosphere within the R&D system. 8 Complete other tasks assigned by upper management. Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience) Basic Qualifications Education : Banchelar or Master's degree or above (Ph.D. preferred), in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. Familiarity with software and electrical systems is a plus. Work Experience : Professional Experience : Over 10 years in R&D roles. Industry Experience : Over 10 years in R&D within large equipment manufacturing or cutting machine companies. Management Experience : Over 5 years as head of R&D in companies with revenue >20 million EUR; over 2 years in a management role at a multinational company. Special Qualifications : Fluent spoken and written German(C1). Fluent spoken English; able to communicate seamlessly with overseas companies. Professional Knowledge & Skills : Proficient in office and design software. Familiar with project management principles.
