Areas of responsibilities:
* Deliver excellence in consumer experience within the Juvenile Home/Furniture category and the related product marketing and communication skills (across all touchpoints, product information, clarity of benefits, product positioning, product and campaign communication) with a strong understanding of digital and point of sale.
* Be the interface for all campaign and product related questions from other departments (Product Management, Trade Marketing, Digital Team, Sales etc.)
* Strive to establish “one voice” within the home product category towards internal and external stakeholders (clear portfolio hierarchy, messaging, communication concepts within each sub brand etc.)
* Contribute in the Go-to-Market process and in the global campaign roll-out by bringing in dedicated product related expertise.
* Drive the overall marketing asset creation based on Go-to-Market timings (product picture management, factsheets, sell-in-decks, FAQs, eRetail Guidelines, tutorial videos, campaign assets, still, videos and template adaptions etc.) and maintain the content up-to-date in all respective Asset Management Systems (Toolbox, MAM, others).
* Handle landing page and product detail page briefings on Ecom by supporting digital teams with dedicated product picture guideline, feature order, product copy, country version information etc.
Profile of Qualifications:
* Successfully completed a Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or other business related fields.
* Several years of relevant work experience as Marketing Manager in a brand/consumer centric, preferred interior design/juvenile home.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Programs.
* Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
* Hands on with a high sense of initiative, assertiveness & drive.
* Eager to work in a dynamic environment and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* Business fluent in English, additional knowledge in German would be preferred.
