Your mission with us As a Clinical Trial Manager (f/m/x), you play a crucial role in our R&D team to validate the clinical effectiveness of our products. Your mission is to efficiently plan, execute, and oversee clinical trials in the DiGA market, ensuring adherence to protocols, regulatory requirements, and timelines while prioritizing patient safety and delivering high-quality evidence for the effectiveness of our digital therapeutic products. What you can expect from us Oversee Trials: Manage clinical trial activities for our medical devices, ensuring compliance with protocols, ethics, and regulations under strict deadlines defined by authorities. Site Management: Select and contract trial sites, provide training, and conduct regular site visits. Data Management: Manage, and analyze trial data. Documentation: Contribute to documentation requirements for medical devices and DiGA under MDD and MDR in regards to clinical evaluations, clinical investigations, post-market- surveillance, risk management etc. Compliance : Write and manage ethics applications and develop documents, training materials, and manuals, ensuring compliance with DiGAV, GDPR, ISO 13485, ISO 14155, and GCP, etc Your profile University degree in a health or science field. Fluent in written and spoken German and English. Extensive professional experience in operating clinical research studies for medical devices, preferably in the DiGA market. Excellent knowledge of MDR, GDPR, GCP and relevant safety and regulatory standards. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Good analytical skills and foundational knowledge of research methodology. Able to work in an agile and flexible way. Positive attitude with a good problem-solving attitude.
