Introduction We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO in Berlin Buch starting in January 2025. This is a part-time position (30 hours per week) with the possibility of transitioning to full-time depending on the workload. Responsibilities Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the CEOs’ schedule, ensuring smooth coordination of appointments and meetings Inbox Management: Oversee and prioritize email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups Management of appointments: Coordinate and book appointments, maintaining accurate records and reminders Planning and scheduling: Provide assistance in organizing and scheduling internal and external meetings, events, and travel Guest reception: Assist with the reception of visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. Telephone reception (secondary): Handle incoming phone calls and messages as needed Your profile Proficiency in managing calendars, emails, and appointments Excellent communication skills in both German and English, both written and spoken. Minimum requirement: C1.
