Responsibilities
* Focus on what’s relevant for our customers: Develop a deep understanding of relevance, customer preferences and promotion management. Use these insights to drive customer engagement with targeted communication and value-based promotions.
* Channel management: Drive the activations and promotions across multiple channels (eMail, Print, App, Messenger, Stores, etc.) and in all markets. Translate strategies and tactics into actionable tool implementation and communication initiatives.
* Ownership for campaign implementation and automation: Drive alignment across teams to support the implementation of our communication tactics on a customer and segment level.
* Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior management to present findings, propose tactics, and lead the implementation of CRM initiatives end-to-end.
* Performance management: Monitor all KPI in a holistic way and drive overall channel performance from tactics to operations.
* Leadership and team development: Promote an enabling team environment, mentor your team to translate their project ideas into technical actionable items and ensure that all voices are heard and valued.
What We Are Looking For
* 8+ years experience in Consulting, E-commerce, FMCG, or related fields, focusing on technical campaign and channel management.
* In-depth knowledge of omni-channel contact infrastructure in multi-country eCommerce and retail.
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and enhancing advanced CRM platforms, with expertise in segmentation, personalization, and multi-channel management.
* Strong passion for driving customer engagement and retention through direct communication and loyalty initiatives.
* Proven analytical skills to develop strategic initiatives and present findings to management and stakeholders, solving complex problems with innovative solutions.
* Excellent execution skills, managing deadlines and multiple projects to ensure effective implementation and improvement of campaign strategies.
* Strong self-management, initiative, and communication skills, with a mission-driven approach and the ability to manage senior stakeholders in complex environments.
* Fluent in English and German.
