For our Cartier Parfums team we are looking for a full time motivated and dedicated Commercial Perfume Manager (m/f/d) with capacitiy to lead a strong network in our defined region.

Your Tasks:
1. Preparation and control of B-to-B strategies as well as resulting activities within the region in alignment with international guidenlines and Maison strategy (for Germany, Austria, Eastern Europe countries and Travel Retail account)
2. Budget responsibility: sales and trade operatons in agreement with local objectives and strategy
3. Annual negotiations with all perfume retailers on action plans and commercial conditions
4. Lead of sales team (three sales account managers and one travel retail manager)
5. Support to sales team in managing perfumeries' key account including definition of quantitative and qualitative sales targets
6. Implementation of retailization plan for key accounts by defining new digital B-to-B solutions (mostly SAP/Booster...)
7. Regular update to Cartier Paris with direct report to local Cartier Northern Europe Director
Your profile:
8. + 8 years experience in luxury retail or fragrance industry with unversity or business school background
9. Ideally management experience of a mid-sized team
10. Profound knowledge of FMCG and/or beauty industry
11. Fluent in English and German – French is a plus
12. Entrepreneurial mindset & highly analytical, able to analyze and define KPIs to identify opportunities and improve overall performance of Cartier perfume in the dedicated region
13. Hard working and relentless in the pursuit of excellence with a never give up approach
