Process Analyst (m/f/d)
YOUR SHOES TO FILL:
* Analyze, create, and enhance process documentation and workflows and ensure an effective communication of changes and updates within the team, production, and interfaces.
* Implement and promote best practices across the organization.
* Identify opportunities for workflow and process optimization and develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Actively support change processes within the organization and facilitate and manage change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
* Generate regular reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements in areas that do not meet targets.
* Serve as a project coordinator for projects initiated by Process Engineering (PE) or involving Product Engineering and ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
* Conduct process training sessions and studies in Process Management and provide support and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
YOUR WALK OF LIFE:
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field or completed education with several years of work experience in a comparable position.
* Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP and MS Visio is highly desirable.
* Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Analytical and structured mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Team player with a collaborative approach and strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* High level of motivation and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
* You should have an EU driving license.
