Your mission
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Manager with experience across a broad range of marketing disciplines. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a marketing strategy that speaks to both large enterprise OEMs and specific dealership segments. You will need to be creative, strategic, and hands-on, able to navigate the nuances of marketing to a highly technical and undigital dealership audience while also catering to enterprise-level OEMs through sophisticated content strategies.
Your key responsibilities include:
OEM (Enterprise Segment) Focus:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing and lead nurturing strategy to engage large OEMs, ensuring ClearOps is top-of-mind when they're ready to buy through digital channels.
* Support the sales team with product marketing collateral to aid outreach efforts.
* Plan, manage, and host key industry events, such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
Dealer (Machinery Segment) Focus:
* Create and implement local, creative campaigns tailored to dealerships, often requiring out-of-the-box tactics like guerrilla marketing and hyper-targeted content creation (think "Sixt" level creativity).
* Plan and host both internal and external events that connect us to our dealer audience, helping them transition into the digital age.
Your profile
* Proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably with experience marketing to OEMs and dealerships in industries like heavy machinery and automotive.
* Experience with large enterprise accounts, with a focus on content-driven lead nurturing and product marketing.
* Hands-on experience with event management, from trade shows to webinars and internal events.
* Creative thinker with the ability to develop and execute localized marketing campaigns that resonate with undigital or traditional audiences (e.g., machinery dealerships).
* Experience with SEO/SEA, and familiarity with marketing automation tools.
* Strong interest in heavy machinery and related industries.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of autonomy and the ability to work independently.
* CRM Salesforce Knowledge
* Experience with website-builders/ CMS-Systems like Webflow/ Wordpress/ etc.
* Experience with managing freelancers, agencies, etc.
* Affinity for design tools such as Figma or Canva.
* Basic skills in dealing with Ads Managers such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads or Meta Ads.
* Enthusiastic and fun approach to marketing, with a passion for creative strategies like guerilla marketing.
* Willingness to travel for events and conferences as required.
* Languages: Fluency in German and English.
