The People & Culture team is passionate about creating an inclusive, diverse, engaging and collaborative working environment for every employee at Crownpeak. The People & Culture (P&C) Administrator will play a key role in delivering the global & local P&C strategy by being the local resource for the employee administration & employee relations for our German employees. The role ensures that the local office runs smoothly and efficiently, collaborating with the global P&C team on all initiatives and projects, as applicable, as well as providing guidance on local practices. What will you do? Creation of contractual amendment documentation in line with German practices and organising and maintaining employee records Assisting with general local queries from Managers and Employees alike and supporting the local office management activities as required Responsible for handling employee relation queries Supporting employee onboarding, changes and offboarding activities as requested Responsible for management and reporting of absence data (Inc Vacation, Sickness, Maternity etc.), P&C reporting (incl audit requests, etc.) and Benefit Administration Providing the P&C team with support, as necessary and contributing to global P&C initiatives with proactive involvement in P&C and research projects Assisting the Payroll and P&C Team as required to provide necessary information. Experience working as a P&C Administrator or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment Working knowledge of local employment legislation and best practices Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to be flexible and prioritise, in a fast-paced, global environment Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective and persuasive communication and confidence to deal with people at all levels Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in developing business acumen Familiarity with HR Systems Fluent, business level, German and English skills.
