OYO, a global hotel company, entered the vacation rental market in 2019 with the acquisition of Leisure Group and its well-known brands such as Belvilla, Dancenter and Traum-Ferienwohnungen. Today, as OYO Vacation Homes, we operate 65,000 vacation homes in over 15 European countries and are growing faster than you can say "vacation"!

As our Commercial Manager, you will be the driving force behind the expansion of our holiday home partner network. It's not just about sales; it's about building relationships, negotiating win-win deals, and shaping the future of travel. Your responsibilities:Your day-to-day responsibilities as a top sales manager
• Dealcloser (80%):
o Look like a pro for new B2C and B2B sales opportunities with a mix of cold calling, social media, industry events, and your own creative tricks. We value innovation and a "get it done" mentality!
o Turn prospects into loyal partners by demonstrating the incredible added value of being a member of the Belvilla network. Your commercial analysis will be so convincing that you won't be able to say no!
o Create and negotiate leases that satisfy everyone. You are a master of negotiation and turn "maybe" into "Yes!"
o Build and nurture strong and lasting relationships with homeowners and key decision-makers. You're with it for the long term.
o Help us build an even stronger team by contributing to the growth of our business development and procurement teams. Teamwork makes the dream come true!
• Account Management Ace (20%):
o Become a trusted advisor to our top homeowners and work hand-in-hand with our central account management team to solve any issues and keep them happy.
o Do your best to ensure the success of our partners through proactive account management, revenue analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
o Make happy partners our biggest advocates by generating referrals and expanding our network.
Key performance indicators (your track record):
• Number of new properties in your area (growth potential!)
• Retention rate of these new accommodations (satisfied partners = successful business!)
• Revenue with your new partners (Show us the money!)
• Partner satisfaction (NPS) (Be a partner's best friend!)
• Number of referrals generated (spread the love!)
Your strengths: Your strengths
• Sales experience: 2-4+ years of proven success in B2C or B2B sales, ideally in a dynamic environment.
• Industry knowledge: Experience in the vacation rental industry is a big plus! (Even if you're a sales professional with a passion for travel, we'd love to hear from you.)
• Geographic Competence: Experience in sales management in a diverse geographical area.
• Building alliances: Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic alliances.
• Partnership skills: Experience in building and managing strategic partnerships.
• Leadership presence: Sovereignty and self-confidence in dealing with managers and in complex decision-making processes.
• Technical Competence: Knowledge of CRM tools and pipeline management.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
