Proclinical is seeking a Service Manager DACH to oversee the service department and manage daily operations to meet customer demands. This role involves working closely with direct market teams to streamline service requests and ensure high-quality customer interactions.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and mentor a team of field service engineers and administrative staff.
2. Optimize scheduling for field service engineers to ensure timely responses.
3. Ensure engineers are well-trained across the company's product portfolio.
4. Manage the complete lifecycle of service items, including order processing and documentation.
5. Facilitate communication between customers, call centers, distributors, and internal departments.
6. Report system failures for quality assurance.
7. Oversee contract processes and renewals for direct customers.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to align on delivery and installation schedules.
9. Manage local inventory in accordance with company policies.
10. Support events and meetings as needed.
11. Maintain accurate customer records and provide general business support.
