In order to strengthen its teams, the Business Enablement Services department is looking for a member for its Solution & System Development service, whose main mission is to support and ensure the continuity of the proper functioning of BSS and OSS systems. DevOps Expert (m/f/n) Your missions : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications Design highly scalable, resilient and performant BSS/OSS solutions Estimate the workload of development and configuration tasks Configure, maintain, and manage BSS/OSS applications ecosystem to ensure consistency and stability by following the release management process Develop applications or tools to automate processes or extend platform functionality Maintain comprehensive technical documentation of procedures and configurations Provide ongoing support to development, testing and production teams Perform root cause analysis for errors raised during the testing phase and implement fixes Support the rollout into production of new software releases Your profile : Have a Masters degree in IT/Telecommunication or else have acquired during your career equivalent and duly recognized knowledge in the field Demonstrate in depth knowledge of BSS/OSS architectures and IT systems in relation to telecom business Have an expert knowledge of cross functional components (charging, billing, ordering etc ), software factory components and technical architectures Bring experience in application development processes (SQLs, PL/SQL, Python, Java, Unix and DBA) using CI/CD pipelines Have the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions Have proven interpersonal skills for close collaboration with other teams inside the company, customers and vendors Able to work independently as well as part of a team Be fluent in English. French and Luxembourgish would be considered as assets
