We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) to support our clients in optimizing their ITSM processes and driving digital transformation. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance, implement ITSM best practices (e.g., ITIL), and advise on the selection and deployment of ITSM tool ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise clients on ITSM strategy, process optimization, and tool implementation.
* Lead the design and improvement of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.).
* Build strong relationships with clients and deliver tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
* Conduct training and knowledge transfer to client teams.
* Support ITSM tool selection and integration, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
* Occasionally attend client sites in Munich for meetings and workshops.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in ITSM consulting, with strong knowledge of ITIL and other ITSM frameworks.
* Experience with ITSM tools ServiceNow.
* ITIL Foundation certification (advanced certifications preferred).
* Strong communication skills in English and German.
* Ability to manage client relationships and deliver impactful solutions.
* Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
