Ihre Aufgaben
- You perform, develop, and continuously improve sales training's with focus on products, procedures and sales for internal staff (sales representatives, product managers and local trainers)
- Your training covers on-boarding training as well as continuous learning for our sales organizations
- You develop and implement new training concepts
- You develop and update blended-learning material
- You evaluate the success of trainings and their sustainability as well as the quality of trainings
- You partner with our EMEA Product Management and Global Stakeholders
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Natural Sciences or Education Science
Highly skilled in media competencies for online as well as on-site training and the creation of training material
- Experience as a trainer of sales roles in the medical field, specifically in Urology and/or experience in a MedTech sales role
- Affinity and enthusiasm for medical technology
- High communication and teaching skills
- Excellent organization and presentation skills
- Team player
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to Travel
