Your mission ClearOps is looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of our Parts Cloud solution. As one of our first product managers in a dynamic environment, you will be responsible for our retail inventory management product which enables OEMs and their dealers to effectively manage and drive efficiency in their parts supply business. This role requires integrating the product with OEM and dealer system infrastructure, enabling precise demand planning from the integrated data, and ensuring orders are directly published to relevant downstream systems; all with the highest degree of automation. The goal is to guarantee the correct parts are available at the right time and place across complex service supply chains – driving time and cost savings from both OEMs and dealers. Your responsibilities include: Market Expertise : Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, adjusting the product strategy accordingly. Customer Centricity : Systematically analyze and p rioritize customer needs and feedback to ensure the product maximizes their ROI. Product Strategy and Vision : Define and communicate a measurable product vision and strategy for the Parts Cloud solution, aligning with the overall company goals. Product Roadmap and Outcomes : Define and track appropriate success metrics aligned to strategic goals, then plan and execute a product roadmap to achieve these goals. Product Lifecycle Management : Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch analysis, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation. Demand Planning and Order Management Quality : Ensure the accuracy and quality of the system when creat ing demand forecasts, set ting optimal inventory levels, and executing automat ed order s to relevant OEM and dealer systems ; minimizing stockouts. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely and collaboratively with OEMs, dealers, and internal teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and address urgent issues. Integration Management : Oversee the integration of the Parts Cloud software with OEM and dealer systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and operational efficiency. Your profile Experience : Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in parts planning or a related field. Expertise : In-depth knowledge of after-sales/supply chain management, with experience in demand planning and inventory management, preferably with a focus on spare parts. Technical Skills : Proficient understanding of software integrations, easy-to-use UX/UI, and data management. Customer Focus : Proven ability to prioritize customer needs, generate actionable insights, and translate them into successful product features and business outcomes. Agile Mindset : Thrives in dynamic environments with expertise in SCRUM and other agile methodologies. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency in data analysis with the ability to use data to drive product decisions and dev elopment. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Education : Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
