The Role
As the head of our first office in Germany, you will play a crucial role in building and expanding our presence in the DACH market. From Germany, you will lead the team to conquer the #1 position, reporting to the German Sales Director, and partnering with our BCN HQ’s team. The goal? Drive the development and execution of a strategic sales plan, and ensure the company meets or exceeds its revenue goals.
This includes overseeing all sales operations, setting performance metrics, and managing key client relationships and partnerships. Additionally, you will serve as the first point of contact for new employees, fostering a strong team culture. Ambition, ownership, and an exceptional strategic mindset—both business- and people-driven—are essential qualities for success in this role.
* Sales Strategy & Leadership – Define and execute a scalable sales strategy, set revenue targets, and lead a high-performing team (2-3 SDRs & 3-5 AEs) to drive business growth. Align with executive leadership on company objectives.
* Revenue Growth & Market Expansion – Identify and pursue new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and leverage key relationships to expand market reach and maximize revenue.
* Sales Operations & Performance – Oversee the sales pipeline, track and optimize KPIs, refine processes for efficiency, and ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration.
* Team Development & Leadership – Recruit, mentor, and develop top sales talent, fostering a high-performance culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Client Relations & Key Accounts – Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners, act as a trusted advisor, and represent the company at industry events to drive business opportunities.
Your Profile
* 10-15+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
* Demonstrated success in leading and scaling sales teams in a high-growth environment.
* Leadership & Strategy – Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams. Strong expertise in sales strategy, market expansion, and customer retention.
* Sales – Deep understanding of sales best practices, including prospecting, negotiation, and deal-closing. Experienced in managing multi-layered sales teams across different functions.
* Business Growth – Strong background in strategic sales leadership, including territory management, revenue forecasting, and budgeting.
* Tech Expertise – Experience in SaaS, B2B, or other tech-driven industries such as cybersecurity, AI, cloud solutions, or enterprise software preferred.
* Analytical & Financial Acumen – Data-driven decision-maker with strong financial skills, including budget management and revenue forecasting.
* Communication & Stakeholder Management – Excellent communicator in German & English, skilled in building strong relationships, presenting complex ideas, and negotiating high-value deals.
