Identify key risks in Siemens’s digital environments - on premise as well as in the cloud - that form the backbone of our company, major IT transformation projects, new digital products and business models. Design and execute comprehensive audit programs and controls to address the identified risks. Enhance and challenge existing audit techniques. Develop and promote digital use cases that increase coverage and the overall assurance in cooperation with our data analytics team. Independently drive assurance objectives, define and align conclusions and recommended improvements to drive change (as necessary) in the organization. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure effective and efficient audit procedures. Drive meetings with auditees and key stakeholders to present the team’s conclusions and recommended improvements. Actively contribute to shaping the future of the department by identifying priorities and implementing changes. Maintain and build your network in various Siemens businesses and functions. Conduct your audit engagements using CF A´s Agile Audit Framework. What you need to make real what matters. Proven track record of career development including several years of professional experience within Siemens, or a technology company, or a respected assurance and consulting firm. Strong academic history with a degree (Master) ideally in IT, Business or Engineering. Relevant experience and advanced knowledge in designing and managing at least one of the following areas: cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), data processing/storage/analytics technologies (engineering, processing, data bases), software development methodology (DevOps, CI/CD) Understanding of key performance indicators used to measure success of technology, R&D or software development would be an added advantage. Strong desire and drive to develop into a business or functional role after 3-5 years in audit. Understanding of IT risk management and assurance principles, along with basic logic programming is beneficial. Excellent communication skills to summarize and describe audit results. Proficiency in English, flexibility to travel (up to 30%, incl. international travel) and embracing our hybrid working model is essential What we offer.
