Your mission Your mission coordinating the flow of documents with payroll providers (DE, PL ) in a timely manner, preparation and processing of payroll data in a timely manner, proceeding of payments under employment contracts in a timely manner, coordinating and co-operating with service providers of payroll services, tax and social insurance advice, employee benefits, insurance company, etc ., processing employment and other HR documentation, preparation of forms, certificates and other HR-related documents. maintaining employment records, in paper form and (parallel) electronic form (esp. using Personio software), handling employee trainings (DE, PL), employee benefits, employee insurance, refunds and disbursements (DE, PL), including travel expenses, on/off-boarding process, including arranging for execution of onboarding documents (esp. for payroll), completion of training courses and familiarization with internal procedures and policies assisting with recruitment process, including making arrangements with candidates for job interviews, setting up access to online testing platform for candidates as well as preparing draft employment offers and agreements monitoring compliance with rules of remote working for PST offices in Germany and Poland, ensuring that HR processes comply with the requirements of external organizations such as Arbeitsamt, Finanzamt, Statistisches Bundesamt, Bundesagentur für Arbeit, Krankenkassen, etc. as well as with applicable internal regulations, preparation of regular reports ( mostly for the controlling unit ) as well as handling ad hoc inquiries, Your profile experience in HR professional or academic background in HR, finance, accounting, (social) insurance or similar, strong analytical skills, proficient knowledge of Excel strong organisational skills, ability to multitask / simultaneously handle several HR assignment (mostly at hoc), language skills: fluency in German, good knowledge of English, proficiency in Polish is a plus, courtesy and empathy, ability to work under pressure and perform time-constrained tasks, ability to work in a hectic environment, determination to deliver within tight deadlines, ability to maintain data confidentiality Why us?
