Crane and Installation and auxiliary equipment Services Sourcing Manager (m/f/d) LOCATION:Hamburg, DE DEPARTMENT:Sourcing MISSION: Develop, manage and coordinate purchasing activities and processes for Crane, Installation and other construction Services in Germany and other relevant European markets. YOUR TASKS: Understand, establish and issue Request for Quotations (RFQ) and negotiate Crane, Installation and other construction Services (auxiliary means, site facilities, etc) for the set-up of wind turbines including commercial terms (price, payment term & milestones, securities) and operational terms. Establish, evaluate, and select suppliers and develop a qualified supplier base. Develop, implement and manage purchasing strategies. Maintain procurement records such as items or services quoted, purchased and costs. Negotiate, set-up and manage frame purchasing agreements with suppliers. Provide cost estimations for projects in the sales phase. Review bid proposals and negotiate contracts with suppliers. Review and negotiate Terms and Conditions to effectively achieve Company and project targets. Develop framework agreements with key suppliers. Place call orders against existing framework agreements. Ensure optimum combination of quality, delivery and cost, monitoring supplier’s performance while meeting client’s global targets and KPIs. Must have the ability to effectively handle multiple quotes and orders simultaneously and prioritize work based on schedule demands. Ability to demonstrate the capability to perform work assignments on a wide variety of tasks. Develop and implement an active stakeholder management with colleagues from the tender, sales and construction departments. Implement and improve standards, tools and processes on a global level to facilitate the daily business in the different markets. Report achievements, risks and challenges on regular basis. YOUR PROFILE: Bachelor or master’s in engineering (civil, electrical, renewable energies, others). Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement and supplier negotiations, preferable in the Wind and/or Renewable Energy sector. Previous experience in Crane and Installation Services is not mandatory but will be a plus. Must: High level in German (min. C1-C2) and English (min. C1) Good Negotiation and Communication skills. Spanish knowledge is advantageous. Experience in identifying and assessing commercial contractual risks, developing strategies for risk prevention/control. Autonomous and flexible. You are ready to travel from time to time within the country or abroad. Can do attitude. Intercultural understanding and experience in working with different cultures.
