We are seeking a Senior Editor, Branded Content to join our in-house agency and lead the editorial workflow for one key account's extensive editorial platform. We're looking for a hyper-organized, creative editor with meticulous attention to detail to lead, manage, and create top-of-class editorial content for our client. Ideally, you also bring superior knowledge of the media and publishing industries and a passion for the world in which Highsnobiety operates.
YOUR MISSION
1. Lead the editorial workstream for our Key Account's extensive editorial platform
2. Oversee the day-to-day production of editorial content and copy, ensuring it is best-in-class, flawless, and delivered on time
3. Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to develop engaging editorial stories
4. Review, edit, and write editorials and all forms of copy—video scripts, e-comm, social etc
5. Manage and mentor junior editors, overseeing their professional development and output
6. Nurture the client relationship, ensuring we maintain a collaborative and positive partnership
7. Constructively deliver feedback to cross-departmental teams
8. Maintain the editorial voice, tone, and style consistent with brand guidelines
9. Perform final quality checks, proofreading, and fact-checking to ensure all copy is flawless
YOUR SKILLS
10. Skilled writer with strong editorial judgment and 5+ years of editorial experience
11. A proven record of exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading
12. Experience in successfully managing and mentoring junior editors
13. Highly collaborative and comfortable in developing client relationships
14. Superlative writing and editing skills—you know what it takes to craft a compelling story
15. Highly organized and able to manage multiple editorial work-streams with ease
16. Familiarity with the editorial ecosystem, SEO principles, and social media best practices
17. Meticulous attention to detail—no typos or grammar errors get past you
18. Ability to work in a fast-paced, quick-turnaround environment
19. Finger on the pulse of fashion, streetwear, and culture
20. Collaborative, proactive, and a team player
21. Native English speaker with flawless comprehension of the spoken and written word
