ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re seeking a strategic Growth Marketing Lead to drive our evolution towards sustainable, channel-focused growth. In this role, you'll identify and scale the marketing channels that best align with our business model and customer needs, building acquisition and conversion strategies that resonate with how our customers want to buy. You’ll collaborate with key teams, including sales, partnerships, and the rest of the marketing, to align strategies and streamline customer journeys. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you'll lead a team of three specialists (paid acquisition, CRM, and web) to optimize the customer journey and drive pipeline growth, moving beyond traditional B2B SaaS tactics to focus on high-impact channels. ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL: Identify and scale the most effective marketing channels, aligning with business goals and customer needs Manage a team of three, promoting a test-and-learn approach to double down on successful strategies Collaborate with sales and SDR teams to create high conversion touchpoints and maximize pipeline impact Build reporting frameworks, track key metrics, and use insights to articulate in a universally understandable way what is working to hit core metrics and what is not Develop & Execute Growth Strategy including: Design and run multi-channel growth experiments across paid, owned, and earned media Optimize messaging and conversion paths for different decision-makers Lead website optimization to improve conversion rates and user experience Develop innovative non-paid growth strategies, including SEO and organic social WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE: 7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 3 years in senior growth or demand generation roles Proven track record of identifying and scaling high-impact marketing channels in companies selling to multiple technical and business personas Experience in evaluating and selecting marketing channels based on customer behavior, acquisition costs, and business model alignment Deep expertise in modern marketing tech stack, including Hubspot and major paid advertising platforms Strong analytical skills with experience in multi-touch attribution, ROI analysis, and complex conversion tracking Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams Demonstrated success in experimental marketing approaches that go beyond traditional B2B playbooks Track record of focusing resources on the most effective channels rather than trying to do everything at once WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU: Learning budget and LinkedIn Learning 30 vacation days Remote-work abroad up to 90 days In-house German language courses Discounted Urban Sports Club membership and BVG ticket Work-Dog-Balance, your best friend is more than welcome Mental health support with Nilo.health
