JOB DESCRIPTION
As HR Project member for the international Carve-Out Group R&D project, you will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO) and play a crucial role in coordinating all HR-related activities. You will work closely with the project manager to successfully implement the HR aspects of the Carve-Out project, focussing on your specific areas of responsibility:
/ Support the coordination and implementation of HR activities: You will work closely with the project manager and other team members to ensure that the HR objectives of the project are met.
/ Monitoring and reporting: You will monitor the progress of the project and prepare regular progress reports for both management and other stakeholders.
/ Support HR work packages: You will manage and support all HR work packages to ensure milestones are met on time and all HR aspects of the project are properly implemented.
/ Liaising with brand representatives: You will work closely with brand representatives to ensure that the integration of affected employees is supported and local legal and cultural specifics are considered.
/ Identification and assessment of HR risks: You will identify and assess HR risks related to the carve-out and develop appropriate risk mitigation measures.
/ Supporting the transfer of employees and communication: You will support the transfer of employees within the brands and ensure transparent communication.
This position is limited until 31/12/2025.
YOUR SKILLS
/ Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a comparable field of study
/ Proven experience in project work, ideally in a global setup
/ Strong communication and teamwork skills to interact effectively with stakeholders on different levels
/ Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
/ Fluency in written and spoken English, additional language skills are an advantage
/ At least 8-10 years of professional experience
