Business Unit: BU Assets & Service Business Line: BL Assets & Service Target Hire Date: 2025-03-01 What You Can Expect : Lead and coordinate strategic projects across Sales, Marketing and PR, including scheduling, the creation of status reports and outcome tracking. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Keep track of the CCO's meeting schedule while supporting with proactive preparation and communication with all needed stakeholders. Prepare and organize meetings, conferences, workshops, and business trips, including agenda creation and minute-taking. Follow up on action items resulting from meetings and ensure timely execution. Develop presentations, briefing documents, and strategic communication materials, including speeches. Prepare reports and presentations for the Executive Board. What You Bring: A degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Initial professional experience (>3 years) in a strategic or consulting role and/or sales (e.g., management consulting, business development), ideally in the logistics sector. Solid knowledge and experience in project management. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particulary Excel and PowerPoint. Strong understanding of business processes, especially in sales and marketing. Fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational and analytical skills as well as a structured and independent approach to work. Strong communications skills, proacitve and solution-oriented mindeset, with a high level of initiative.
