As a Commercial Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving projects, streamlining processes and working closely with senior leadership to shape the future of our commercial organization.

What you’ll be doing:
* Take Ownership of Projects: You’ll lead critical projects across commercial functions of the ceiling division, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. From efficiency improvements to process integrations and mergers, you’ll be at the center of it all.
* Coordinate Commercial Activities: You’ll manage the flow of activities, keeping projects on track by monitoring progress, following up on deliverables, and supporting senior leaders with guidance and structure.
* Optimize Processes: You’ll ensure that key processes and interfaces are well-documented, optimized, and adhered to while maintaining a comprehensive database of materials and information.
* Support Leadership: You’ll prepare high-quality presentations, decision papers, and materials for leadership meetings, workshops, and customer visits—ensuring content is timely and impactful.
* Support Budget Management: Monitor global functional budgets, track spending, and facilitate the annual expense planning process for marketing, product management, and other key areas.
What we’d love for you to have:
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
* At least 5 years of B2B experience, ideally in an international matrix organization or a consulting background.
* Strong project management skills with a solid understanding of commercial operations.
* The ability to simplify complex content into clear, concise, and audience-specific messages.
* Exceptional organizational skills, balancing attention to detail with a focus on the bigger picture.
* Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal—with fluency in English and German (additional languages are a plus).
* A structured and goal-oriented approach to your work, thriving in collaborative environments and building strong relationships.
* A trustworthy and accountable mindset, with the ability to handle confidential information with care.
