We are looking for a HR Generalist in Germany to join the Europe B2B Headquarter of LG Electronics. This position offers you a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a wide variety of human resources activities. Reporting to the B2B EU HR Head, the B2B EU HR Generalist will manage HR functions such as recruitment, hiring, staff administration throughout the employee life cycle, among other regular HR processes, managing an international workforce in close cooperation with local HR Teams in Europe.

1. Conduct the recruitment process for European hires, from the conception and design of job advertisements, communication with external partners and internal stakeholders (line managers and local HR teams), screening, interviewing, reference checking, to the creation of contracts and the hiring of employees
2. Conduct HR administration tasks as well as on going employee and managers’ support along the employee life cycle with high sense of service orientation, commitment and discretion
3. Support the management of C&B related processes, such as incentives, bonuses, salary reviews, market benchmarking
4. Manage and maintain employee data within the HRIS system (new hires, promotions, job changes/transfers, rehires and terminations, performance management review setup, etc.)
5. Support the development of annual HR processes, such as performance management, organization management and talent management
6. Generate, analyse and report HR metrics to assess and communicate the effectiveness of people management practices (headcount trends, recruiting, retention, turnover, performance management, talent management, etc.) as required and update of the assigned organization charts
7. Communicate and overview the application of B2B related guidelines and policies with local HR teams
Your qualifications
8. BSc. Human Resource Management or related HR qualification
9. Operational experience in the HR environment of an international company with the usual HR processes
10. Good knowledge of HR concepts, local/regional employment law and statutory requirements
11. Demonstrated success in navigating complex stakeholder networks
12. Commitment to customer service and providing a positive employee experience
13. An effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal
14. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
15. Digital competence for MS Office and HRIS
16. Intercultural competence and the ability to work in an international environment
17. Independent, structured and careful working style, with high level of personal responsibility, integrity and discretion, stress resistance, attention to detail and good ability to prioritize tasks
18. Proficient in English, written and spoken (other European languages are an added value)
