Your mission This is an exciting time to become part of the Digital Transformation Consulting Team. Our goal is to successfully guide our client within their Digital Transformation journey to enable them become a more customer centric, channel agnostic & innovative brand that drives excellent customer experience, and ultimately reaches its brand & financial ambitious. To further strengthen our Digital Transformation team, we are seeking a Senior Consultant with experience in digital transformation, focusing on OKR methodology, process modeling & implementation, and/or investment allocation. The successful candidate should have a general understanding around various key elements that are relevant for a digital transformation, from strategy to operating model, technology & process landscape, as well as transformation from a people & organizational perspective. The candidate has a proven record of hands-on experience in implementing process initiatives within a multinational brand. Participate and support the overall design of end-to-end operating model & global-local collaboration framework to bring the pre-defined customer experience to live Review and realignment of current process landscape and refit it to the new operating model Support the implementation of OKR methodology (Objectives & Key Results) and actively seek & document lessons learned for iteration & improvement loops Support respective workstream to design internal investment allocation frameworks to improve budget efficiency and ROI Documentation & visualization of concepts & frameworks Execute the pilot implementations and actively contribute to iteration & improvement loops Collaborate effectively with other Digital Transformation workstreams and internal support functions (HR/Finance/Supply Chain etc.) and contribute to various digitization/digitalization initiatives Alignment of responsible workstream initiatives with other digital transformation initiatives Your profile University Degree in a related discipline Minimum 5 years in operating model implementation, business process management & optimization (practical experience with OKR methodology is a plus) Practical experience in and around digital transformation initiatives in a multinational brand General understanding of the various foundational elements (people, process and technology) within digital transformation frameworks and their individual role in the end-to-end value chain Excellent conceptual and analytical skills as well as communication and presentation skills Excellent execution & problem-solving skills to implement the pilots Reliable team player with high self-motivation and can-do spirit Good project management skills Very high degree of goal and solution orientation Experience of working in Agile and Waterfall project environment Broad technical knowledge & digital affinity Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German Why us?
