The “CoE Social Policies and Rewards” department is centrally responsible for all questions of individual and collective labor law within the HENSOLDT Group. Your Tasks Advising and supporting extended management, executives and HR functions in all matters of German individual and collective employment law and assisting with implementation Employment law support for transaction projects and reorganization processes Conceptual and operational involvement in personnel policy projects, taking into account the impact on existing company and group regulations and policies Conducting negotiations with employee representatives at plant, company and Group level and with third parties (lawyers, employees and representatives of other companies) Germany-wide harmonization of existing company regulations and introduction of international policies / standards as well as digitalization of HR processes Monitoring legal changes in labor, collective bargaining and social security law and ensuring the implementation of necessary adjustments in operational practice including communication to the relevant stakeholders to ensure labor law compliance in the HENSOLDT Group Willingness to travel nationally and internationally is required.
