Your mission
* Oversee all aspects of the daily operations of the restaurant, including management of staff, inventory control, and financial performance.
* Train, schedule and supervise restaurant staff to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with company policies.
* Promote a positive and cooperative work environment, fostering teamwork and professional growth among employees.
* Implement and enforce operational standards and procedures to ensure consistent quality and efficiency in service delivery.
* Monitor and analyze sales, revenue, and expenses, taking proactive measures to optimize profitability and reduce costs.
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations through regular inspections and prompt rectification of defects.
* Interacting with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and courteous manner.
Your profile
* Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
* Good knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and kitchen management.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a memorable dining experience.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
