What we are looking for: The Medical Science Liason for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Germany is responsible for executing marketing strategies and plans within the country. This role requires a strong understanding of local market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive engagement and achieve business objectives. You will be a part of the European Marketing Team and report to the Country Marketing Manager Germany. This is a remote role with the opportunity to be in the Krefeld office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), clinical researchers, and decision makers in hospitals/ university hospitals and in large private labs and lab network groups Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical collaborations and partnerships Facilitate scientific discussions and knowledge exchange between the company and the academic community by designing scientific workshops and studies Partner with product management and medical affairs in the development of educational content to provide clinical aspects about products and solutions to health care professionals and academic stakeholders Support the sales team by providing scientific and medical background information related to products and solutions, delivering on site customer specific support The essential requirements of the job include: Masters degree in medicine/ pharmacology/ laboratory medicine or related, PhD welcome Multiple years of experience in scientific or medical marketing, clinical engagement, R&D or a related role within the healthcare or life sciences industry Strong scientific background with the ability to translate technical information and communicate effectively to diverse audiences Required language skills: German (fluent), English (fluent), additional languages welcome Ability to comfortably communicate with C suite and clinic
