About the role As our End-to-End Integration & Property Management Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading integration projects across the organization, while acting as the key liaison between property owners and our team. This dual-focused role will allow you to drive the seamless onboarding of new apartment portfolios—ranging from single units to entire buildings—into our short-term rental business. You will collaborate closely with acquisitions, agency, and operations teams to ensure the smooth integration of rent-to-rent and agency business units. You Will Have an Impact on Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of integration projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources. From the moment contracts are nearing finalization, you will take charge of planning the integration process, overseeing the smooth transition of apartment portfolios into our operations and ensuring a flawless handover. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including acquisition, agency, finance, digital integration team & operations teams, as well as sellers, property owners, and landlords, to ensure all integration requirements (e.g., legal, technical, logistical) are met and aligned with strategic goals. Proactively identify risks, such as location-specific challenges or operational bottlenecks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure minimal disruption to ongoing property management. Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and landlords, addressing concerns related to property handover, rent agreements, or operational changes, and ensuring smooth communication during the integration process. Manage cross-functional teams, facilitating communication between acquisition, and operations to ensure the successful integration and readiness of properties, whether a single apartment or entire buildings, within scope and deadlines. Develop and maintain a structured system for managing contracts and key project documentation to ensure coordination of deadlines, compliance, and seamless communication across all stakeholders. What You Will Add to our Crew You bring at least 2 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on business integration, mergers and acquisitions in high-growth or startup environments. You have a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus. You have a strong understanding of project management principles, integration methodologies, and property management processes. You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills. You are able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. You have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. You are fluent in German (C1/C2) and English.
