With over two decades of success, they known for delivering impactful results and fostering long-term client relationships. Due to the increase in long-term greenfield projects, they are searching for SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Consultants to join the business during this exciting time.
What to expect:
Lead the design and implementation of tailored SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management solutions and implementing upgrades as part of Application Management Services (AMS). Managing projects independently by overseeing resource and time planning, budgeting, and delivery. Collaborating closely with project teams and supporting new customer projects in the SuccessFactors space.
Who we are looking for:
* Proven knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on Talent Management modules (e.g., Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning & Development).
* Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting SuccessFactors solutions, as well as experience working on related projects.
* A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to travel occasionally (10%)
* Currently based in Germany
* Fluency in German and strong English skills.
