Key Account Manager Solid Tumors (m/f/d)
Our client is an innovative biopharmaceutical company specializing in the development and commercialization of novel oncology therapeutics. A dedicated team of scientists, specialists, researchers and developers are working to improve the lives of cancer patients through the development of first-in-class therapeutics.
Our client is looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager (KAM) Solid Tumors to join their growing oncology business. in Baden-Wuerttemberg.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Sell products to potential and existing customers to meet sales targets in assigned territory
* Develop business plans for key accounts; routinely analyze territory opportunities with the Regional Sales Director
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers, including hospital decision makers
* Provide post-sales support, handle complaints and collaborate with other teams to develop effective solutions
* Plan, prioritize and track sales activities using CRM; monitor and update sales forecasts
* Participate in mandatory quality and compliance training; adhere to all regulatory requirements
* Work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed to meet the needs of the business and customers
* Assist with additional duties as assigned by management
Your Qualifications:
* Degree in life sciences at academic level
* Experienced KAM with more than 5 years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, including at least 2 years of experience in breast cancer treatment
* Good knowledge of hematology/oncology product categories
* Proven track record of exceeding business plans and quotas, with the ability to develop effective sales strategies
* Positive view of the value of innovative pharmaceutical products, comprehensive understanding of local reimbursement processes and willingness to assist centers with budget and reimbursement issues
* Ability to foster teamwork in the region and build collaborative relationships at all organizational levels
* High level of initiative, independence and practical experience as well as strong intellectual, communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems at a basic to intermediate level
* Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to high mobility requirements
* Language skills: Fluent in German for business purposes and good knowledge of English
