Your Tasks:
* We have developed a tool that simplifies inventory planning and monitoring for our customers. Through the connection to the Siegwerk inventory management tool and the automation of processes, we increase the productivity and satisfaction of our customers. You work closely with our product owners to support the optimization of "MyInkroom" and experience the digital transformation in the packaging industry first-hand.
* You take an active role in the communication with our customers from the DACH region.
* You analyze incoming problems of our customers and find solutions to improve the customer experience.
* Together with international colleagues, you will carry out the onboarding of new customers and organize trainings for relevant key users.
* You create documentations for internal and external users.
Your Profile:
* You have an advanced bachelor's/master’s degree in economics, (business) informatics or a comparable field. If you already completed your studies, we cannot hire you as a working student, but perhaps an internship as part of a gap year is exactly the right thing for you!
* You enjoy communicating with (internal/external) customers and ideally you have already gained experience in customer service (in the area of digital products).
* You are interested in the latest technologies on the digital market and want to contribute to maximize the value of our tool and improve the customer experience.
* You are committed and self-organized, enjoy working in a team and have a hands-on mentality.
* You communicate fluent in German and English.
