We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled M&A Professional with 2–4 years of experience in M&A, ideally gained at a top-tier Investment Bank. Main Tasks as M&A Expert: Deal Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement M&A strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Lead the end-to-end deal process, including target identification, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration planning. Nice to have Market Analysis : Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify potential acquisition or divestiture opportunities. Financial Modeling & Valuation : Build and analyze financial models to assess the value and impact of potential transactions on business performance. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, finance, tax, legal, etc.) and external advisors (investment banks, consultants, legal counsels) to ensure seamless transaction execution. Risk Assessment : Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks associated with M&A transactions, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance standards. Integration Planning : Support on post-merger integration processes to ensure synergies are realized and cultural alignment is achieved across merged entities. Nice to have Reporting & Presentation : Prepare and deliver presentations to Senior Executives and Corporate Board members on M&A opportunities, deal progress, and strategic recommendations. Trend Monitoring : Stay updated on industry trends, M&A activity, and regulatory changes to proactively identify growth opportunities.
