The chosen strategy must be explained and defendedDeveloping strategies for efficient testing in a high-pressure project, taking into account quality and deadline pressureControlling the defined processes and quality gates. The challenge here is to take account of different process landscapes and cultures and, on the other hand, to work together on a productTraining all internal and external team members to understand the required processes. This requires in-depth knowledge of the processes and toolsCreation, execution and maintenance of a software test management planDefinition of metrics for tracking progressSupporting the overall defect management processes (reporting and analysis)Close coordination with stakeholders regarding project progress and the deployment of internal and external employeesYour qualificationsSuccessfully completed studies in a technical or business field or relevant professional experienceSeveral years of experience in testing embedded software systemsIn-depth knowledge and experience in the areas of test management and/or project managementVery good knowledge of software development processesBasic programming experienceKnowledge of HIL and SILExperience in using Matlab in conjunction with Simscape or Simulink to support test activitiesExperience in development/testing of safety-related systems, e.g. IEC 61508, ISO 26262 or IEC 62304ISTQB certification is a plusFluent in written and spoken English, German language is an advantageOur offer to youThere is a lot to discover at Fresenius, because we have a lot to offer.
