AMETKE Mocon: Measuring technology that helps keep food fresh, reduce waste and improve sustainability
We are looking for an ambitious Team Leader (m/f/d) who can drive our Customer Service and Engagement team in Germany.
The right candidate will lead the team in daily operation, identify and implement process improvements within the area of order and- service handlings, logistics and other administrative areas together with the team of 5 persons. The daily work will include e.g: Processing of sales and service orders, handling of RFQ, booking of shipments, processing of invoices, export compliance among other administrative tasks.
You will be a part of our change journey and support the EMEA CSE Manager in transforming the business strategies into efficient and streamlined processes, working with internal and external stakeholders. This will include establishing KPI’s for our efficiency, understand and identify areas of improvements and lead the changes through “hands on” work within the team. Hence the right candidate for this position is capable of leading through example, have a natural interest in change management while at the same time know the importance of understanding the impact to the “end to end” process.

Your tasks
* Lead and manage the Customer Service & Engagement Team in Neuwied
* Engage individual team members and identify improvement needs and collaborate on development plans, identifying training opportunities and providing on-site learning.
* Review, prioritize, balance workload, and allocate tasks
* Provide effective sales and customer support to our customers
* Consistently work to achieve customer satisfaction by encouraging and providing quick, honest, and qualified answers and support.
* Provide guidance and functional support to the team to own and solve more difficult supply chain issues and make decisions to ensure on-time material delivery to meet customer expectations
* Perform workload and performance analysis and produces KPI's and make improvement recommendations.
* Work with EMEA CSE Manager to create and execute strategic process improvements
* Develop customer engagement culture and drive continues improvement and efficiencies
* Proactively flagging of issues and develop possible solutions.
* Help establish inside selling culture & structure that provides value and create new revenue streams
* Lead through change management and develop an effective execution model as you develop in the role
* Other duties as assigned
Your job with us
* Your experience & educational background
* Apprenticeship, university degree or similar within relevant area
* Relevant work experience within Customer Service or Sales in a large corporate company
* Experience leading a team, preferably within sales/customer service
* Effective communication skills cross-functionally with different department stakeholders
* Self-starter to initiate work and execute solutions
* Strong analytical skills and ability to assess situations and make sound decisions based on the information
* Any former experience within change management would be desirable
* Willingness to travel
* Good written and spoken English knowledge
