Your mission at LINDAL
Become a part of our Global HR Team. We are looking for a proven expired Global Head of HR Development that is responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of global HR Development initiatives and programs across the LINDAL Group. This role involves designing and implementing programs that enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Strategic:
* Develop and implement a global HR development strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
* Lead the design and delivery of leadership development programs, talent management initiatives, and succession planning.
Program Development and Management:
* Oversee the creation and execution of a global training platform (LINDAL Academy) training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
* Ensure and review programs are culturally and technically relevant and effective; programs and initiatives are aligned and well-orchestrated across departments and sites.
Talent Management & Succession Planning:
* Identify and develop high-potential employees for leadership roles.
* Implement performance management systems and succession planning that support employee growth and organizational goals.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
* Partner with regional HR teams and Management Teams to ensure consistency and alignment of development programs.
* Work closely with senior leadership to understand and address development needs.
Metrics and Reporting:
* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR development programs.
* Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on program outcomes and areas for improvement.
Your profile
Professional Competencies
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner/Manager
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Center of Expertise Lead)
* Proven track record of designing and implementing successful HR development programs on a global scale
* Coaching education and or Change Management
Methodical Competencies
* Excellent interpersonal skills (including intercultural competence) paired with excellent communication and moderation skills
* Microsoft Office (Word,TEAMS,Excell, PowerPoint) on business level
* Proficient English language skills
* Strategic Thinking
Leadership Competencies
* Ability to lead cross-functional projects (HR-related)
* Strong business acumen and willingness to understand the business processes
