Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior ServiceNow Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the customer engagement in the ServiceNow area and is highly customer focused. The Senior Program Manager would overview all ServiceNow demands and projects within the ServiceNow area and is responsible to achieve specified objectives. This role involves customer management and the overall planning, coordination, and control of projects from inception to completion, ensuring that it is functionally and financially viable, completed on time, within the authorized cost, and to the required quality standards. The Senior Program Manager would also coordinate with our ServiceNow Sales, Pre-Sales team and other DXC stake holders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all customer demands as the Single Point of Contact for our ServiceNow organization and provide timely response.
2. Responsible for the financial situation of the entire ServiceNow program with the customer.
3. Managing additional project managers which will report to you.
4. Coordinate with the project managers to develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
5. Ensure that the project managers manage the scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management of ServiceNow projects.
6. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
7. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.
8. Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
9. Implement quality assurance processes and perform regular quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
10. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field or equal experience.
11. Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferable with senior project management skills around ServiceNow projects.
12. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
13. PMP/Prince2 or similar program/project management certification preferred.
14. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
15. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
16. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English (preferable also in German)
17. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
