We are looking to expand sales and strengthen our position with international pharmaceutical customers.
Location: Based in the Sales Region
Your role in our team
1. Responsible for all Eco System Sales (including OEM, Services & Consulting) activities in the defined region in EMEA
2. Strengthen our strategic market position in the region and achieve strategic sales targets
3. You will also establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and partners in the pharmaceutical industry
4. Identify customers and customer’s needs and develop and implement new sales strategies
5. Be the first point of contact for customers and ensure long-term relationships by creating development plans for new and existing customers
6. Prepare sales forecasts and reports
7. Responsibility for maintaining the CRM system and marketing activities, especially trade fairs and events
8. Lead negotiation and close agreements with customers in strong alignment with the technical sales departments and follow up on proposals
9. Maintaining close working relationships with Technical Sales Managers in OEM and Consulting companies
10. Report to President & CSO EMEA
Your profile
11. A successfully completed degree in a technical field or high technical affinity
12. Several years of successful direct sales experience of technical products in a B2B environment including project-based technical sales; experience in pharma or pharma related industry is preferred
13. Fluent in German, English and Italian or French
14. Strong Interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, analytical thinking, negotiating and organizational skills
15. Good MS Office 365 and Salesforce skills
16. High willingness to travel to meet customers and attend events
