Your mission:
1. Develop and manage comprehensive editorial planning across all communications channels.
2. Manage all communications operations to keep employees informed across the Group.
3. Develop and optimize internal communications channels.
4. Support planning and managing of internal events.
5. Lead training on communications channels, policies, and content development.
6. Support employee engagement programs to increase participation and satisfaction.
7. Collaborate on cross team collaboration for crisis communications.
Qualifications
8. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
9. Strong communication and training skills.
10. Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms.
11. Experience in editorial planning, communications operations, or internal communications.
12. Ability to develop and manage editorial planning tools.
13. Ability to establish policies and best practices for internal communications channels.
Nice to have:
14. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
15. Experience leading business-wide communications operations projects ( employee software migrations or organisational transformation projects).
16. Experience in employee event management.
