You will be located in the Headquarters in Heidelberg (Germany) and report to the Area HR Director Europe & AMWA.
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
1. Build Powerful Partnerships: Collaborate across the HR function in AMWA and beyond, working closely with Country management teams. Together, we will deliver value-added HR products that empower our employees.
2. Effective HR Solutions: Support Country HR in implementing HR solutions that align with business needs, Group standards, and local regulations.
3. Data-Driven Insights: As a consultant, provide high-quality data and analyses to guide decision-making. Your insights will be pivotal.
4. Innovate with Excellence: Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (e.g. Compensation & Benefits, Talent) to evolve our Group HR product and service portfolio. Your fresh ideas will shape our future.
5. Global Impact: Contribute to global HR projects (e.g. Workday).
6. Talent Development: As the Succession Planning Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in identifying, nurturing, and preparing talent to step into mission-critical positions. You will participate in evaluating and monitoring talent programs to ensure their success.
YOUR PROFILE
7. Master’s degree or equivalent in business administration, psychology, or a related field
8. Relevant working experience in HR
9. Hands-on, solution-oriented and results-driven working style
10. Strong communication skills and good understanding of a multi-cultural environment
11. Fluent in English
