As Manager of OEM Business EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) you are responsible for the regional relationships of a complex product line, including Medical and Safety products, with the objective of corporate market and revenue growth.
Your future tasks:
1. Regional responsibility for overall interface between Dräger and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners as well as regional leadership on OEM related topics
2. Analyzing data on OEM specific markets and competition in support of product roadmap and corporate mission and vision as well as managing the identified fields of action
3. Managing OEM alliance changes that have significant business impact and designing innovation processes
4. Identifying regional Cross Segment initiatives that leverage core competencies in OEM Business in support of revenue and market growth including regular performance reviews
5. Participating in annual budget, forecast planning and other strategic cross-functional meetings to drive business growth
6. Initiating and managing complex international projects
7. Successfully completed business studies with many years of task-related professional experience
8. Deep Know-how in budget and cost accounting
9. Experience in international project management and working in cross functional teams
10. Domestic / global Experience in medical device regulatory procedures, industrial safety and / or hospital environment
11. Proficient in MS Office
12. Willingness to travel
