INTERN Business Admin & Finance
Position Summary:
The position holder is to support the day-to-day Finance, Taxes and Payroll operations processes.
This post covers all Newbuild Site Offices throughout Europe (Germany, Finland, France, Italy)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily
* Working with invoices and expense reports
* Understanding and supporting in payroll processes
* Understanding budgeting processes
* Providing information for Forecast updates
* Coding of invoices according to Forecast
* Uploading invoices into Bookkeeping system TUNGSTEN
* Controlling actuals vs. forecast
* Maintaining electronic document management system
* Reviewing processes and developing new strategies
Monthly
* Supporting month end processing
* Understanding basic Tax matters and supporting
Other
* Ad-hoc support in tasks as given by supervisor
The position requires interaction with the Finance Team and Office Administrators in the European Site Offices.

Qualifications:
Minimum second year student of applied sciences, majoring Business Administration

Knowledge and Skills:
* Advanced Excel skills
* Ability to read and understand content of invoices in English
* Good mathematical skills – able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportion and percentages
* Able to sort and allocate facts and attributes to appropriate budget codes
* Attention to details
