About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing professional to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will craft and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across diverse channels such as email, social media, and digital advertising. Your expertise will drive demand generation programs, optimize paid channels, and manage impactful outbound activities. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will align strategies with our business goals and ensure a unified customer experience. Tasks Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement scalable marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive growth and engagement. Personalize campaign content using CRM data for enhanced relevance and effectiveness. CRM & Data Management: Maintain and optimize the CRM system to ensure data integrity. Analyze customer insights to identify trends and opportunities, implementing strategies for audience segmentation and lead nurturing. Performance Analysis & Optimization: Define, monitor and analyze key metrics. Generate reports to assess campaign performance and ROI, and leverage insights to fine-tune strategies for maximum impact. Demand Generation & Paid Channels: Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns on paid social platforms and review ad performance. Execute innovative programs to consistently capture growth opportunities using automation and analytical insights.Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with sales and other departments to ensure seamless lead handoff and cohesive messaging. Provide training on CRM best practices and data utilization to enhance team capabilities. Requirements Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role, with proven track record in B2B demand generation. Hands-on expertise with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, Pipedrive) and performance marketing on platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads. Previous experience growing a B2B technical product, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment. Excellent project management skills, strong analytical mindset, and the ability to make structured, data-driven decisions. Creativity in developing innovative, out-of-the-box campaigns.
